The closest we have is a futon. It needs repair work, but could be fully functional with application of a hex wrench and a couple of wood screws. Currently the mattress-part and the frame-part are separate because I've been using the mattress to sleep on, so no pictures; but let me know if you're interested and I can reassemble it to show you.
