(no subject)

I just noticed in my inbox an internship offer from Sun. It's been sitting there for 7 days because I have mutt in threaded mode and so didn't see it. *swears* Of course I said I was going with Apple anyway, but for some reason now that I've got an offer I feel differently. For one thing I'd be working in the kernel group at Sun, as opposed to working on the iTunes music store at Apple. (For another thing I'm just really angry at myself for failing to use my tools properly, which would have given me another fucking week to think about this.) Also, Sun's offer is unoffical, but once I send in the application and get an official offer from them apparently it's only good for 5 days. That's not going to work well considering I'm waiting to hear from other places... god damn. I think I may go talk to the career center later. I don't know if it will help.
